Sanwa OBSN-24 Screw In Japanese Arcade Button

Sanwa buttons are unquestionably one of the favourite for players who enjoy having a premium Arcade Fight Stick. You are looking at the fastest buttons on the market. With extreme sensitivity, the Sanwa push buttons OBSF and OBSN models are the buttons chosen by fans of fighting games such as the ones from Capcom, SNK, Midway, etc.

This type of button was not very popular in Europe back in the 80s and 90s, when the Arcades were at its peak, despite its high quality. Nevertheless, the situation has completely changed and today, the Sanwa push buttons is one of the preferred by arcade fans. They are widely used in fighting games competitions and tournaments, in the modification of Fight Sticks and are also installed in Japanese Candy-type cabinets.

The Sanwa OBSN-24 are a variant of the SANWA OBSF-24 push buttons being the standard buttons used in fighting sticks such as the Madcatz, Qanba and Hori. The only difference between the two is that this particular model has a built in screw. The screw will help the user when installing them on Arcade Panels that are slightly wider than normal, with a maximum of 8mm thickness. Each push button has a screw and a built-in microswitch with 2.8mm terminals.

With a 24mm diameter, the Sanwa OBSN-24 are very soft, sensitive, soft to the touch and very silent, as the don't make the "clicky" sound, which is one of the very well known features of American type push buttons with a separate microswitch. 

Thanks to its short spring, the SANWA OBSN 24 push buttons, as well as the OBSF 24 are one of the fastest push buttons on the market, competing closely with the Seimitsu PS-14 push buttons.

Mounting Information
