This great encoder has very little LAG and is fully compatible with all Rasbperry Pi models without any need of modifications, unlike other encoders, which is one of its great advantages!

The encoder has 12 action push buttons, 4 connections for the joystick and a 5-pin connector for Sanwa / Seimitsu type joysticks. You can also use the turbo or autofire mode which comes in handy for Shoot 'Em Up games like Gradius, DoDonPachi, 1943, etc. The joystick can be set in both digital or analogue by pressing the MODE button.

The Zero Delay is also very easy to install. Simply connect your joystick and arcade push buttons to the set of cables which are included and then plug them directly to the encoder. Then, connect the USB encoder directly to the PC, Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3, 4 or PS3 and it will detect it as if it were a Gamepad / Joystick. No need to install drivers on any of the platforms.
