40-pin Wiring harness with 2.8/4.8/6.3mm terminals to connect Joysticks and Buttons to the GPIO of the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ / 4 (Raspberry Pi not included).
With the 40 Pin GPIO Raspberry Pi 3 B+ / 4 Arcade Wire Harness you can easily connect all your joysticks and buttons to the Raspberry Pi without having to buy a separate Arcade encoder. This cable is compatible with the Raspberry Pi 3 / 3 B+ / 4.
Thanks to the 40cm long wire harness and the 40p connections you can assemble your own Arcade Controller for 2 players without fear of missing any connections for your arcade controller parts.
In this listing we have a 1 x 40P GPIO wire harness with faston terminals in 3 different sizes (2.8mm, 4.8mm and 6.3mm) to fit your Arcade cabinet, Bartop, Control Panel or Arcade project without any problems. Just choose the option that suits you better!
In addition to the necessary cable/adapter that is connected to the GPIO we also include all the ground wiring that is soldered directly to the 40 pin GPIO wiring. The package includes 2 x ground wires with 22 connections each so you can connect all the necessary buttons.
If you don't want to spend money on a Arcade encoder to connect all your Joysticks and buttons to the Raspberry Pi the 40 pin GPIO wiring is a very good alternative. Although keep in mind that you will have to spend some time to get everything well configured.
To know the correspondence of each wire with its pin, please notice that the black wire at one end corresponds to pin 1. Following the wires in a correlative way, the brown wire at the other end will correspond to pin 40.
