CHERRY MX SILVER SWITCH

The Cherry MX™ Silver Microswitch provides a smooth and uniform linear feel when pressing the button, without any tactile feedback or audible click. This switch is an evolution of the Cherry MX™ Red switch, with a shorter actuation distance (1.2mm) and a total travel of 3.4mm. The actuation force of the switch is measured in grams (g), with 45g being a common force required to press the button and feel it push back.

LED Lighting

Another unique feature of this button is that underneath it, there are two holes allowing for the installation of a LED bulb. This button can be modified to illuminate, making diffused colors shine through the casing or just below the plunger and cap.
