This encoder has 12 action buttons, 4 directional buttons and a 4-pin connector for Sanwa / Seimitsu type joysticks. It also has a turbo mode and autofire mode which will come in handy for Shoot 'Em Up games like Gradius, DoDonPachi, 1943, Aerofighters, etc. The novelty with this version of the Zero Delay board is that it also comes with 2 x 5V+ JST XH connectors as well as all the necessary LED wiring to connect buttons and joysticks and turn the LEDs on.

The Zero Delay 1 Player Arcade USB Encoder - 5V LED version is extremely easy to install and configure. Just connect your joystick and buttons arcade to the included set of cables. The encoder is connected via a usb cable directly to the PC, Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3, 4 or PS3.
