Horizontal / Vertical Monitor Geometry Adjustment Jamma Adapter

This magnificent Jamma Adapter will allow us to adjust the video image of our monitor vertically and horizontally. This can be done on the monitor of our Arcade Machine, Bartop, Supergun or any other monitor where we have an Arcade Jamma board or Multiplayer Board such as the Pandora Box connected to it.

By connecting the Geometric Adjustment Adapter to a standard 28-pin Jamma cable, we can set the width and the vertical values of our video image. Just turn on the Adapter and play with the different values. No extra power supply is required.

This Adapter is compatible with any monitor that is connected via a Jamma cable. It is important to note that only the framing of the image can be configured. We cannot define the size of the width or height of the image.

This device is very practical, especially if we have installed a CRT TV in our Arcade Cabinet. Quite frequently the video image in a CRT TV will appear shifted to one side of the TV and the frame of the image displaced. This happens when connecting an ArcadeVGA or a Supergun. Unlike original Arcade monitors which have their own potentiometers to calibrate the image, on a CRT TV we would have to enter the service menu of the TV to calibrate the image geometry. This can be troublesome and we could easily damage our TV.

How to install it:

The installation of this adapter is very simple. We connect the adapter between the game board and our Jamma 28-pin wiring. Once connected, we turn the Arcade Cabinet and Adapter on by pressing ON / OFF. Once we see the image on the monitor we will adjust the Horizontal values via the H-POS potentiometer and the Vertical values via the V-POS potentiometer.
