iL (Industrias Lorenzo) is a Spanish company located in Barcelona with a long history in the manufacture of arcade parts. They were originally known for supplying parts to HAPP joystick company until it moved its production to China (SUZO). Industrias Lorenzo continued to manufacture its own high-quality joysticks under its own brand. In terms of quality, they are far superior to Suzo HAPP's joysticks at the moment.

The joystick we present here is a classic within arcade joysticks. The Industrias Lorenzo Compact Joystick is the closest we can find to the joysticks that were installed in Arcade cabinets in bars back in the early 90's.

What we are dealing here is with a robust joystick, with medium-long travel and soft tension in its springs.  This joystick is ideal for playing all arcade genres games in general. Games such as Streets of Rage, Golden Axe, Final Fight, Snow Bros, Ghost n Goblins would be super enjoyable to play with this terrific joystick. The Compact joystick has the option of being configured in 4 and 8-way travel mode, giving it great versatility for playing both classic 4 way arcade games and more modern ones.

Mounted with super top quality 6.3mm SAIA-BURGUESS microswitches that last up to 50 million keystrokes, this is certainly a very good option for the most avid retrogamers who want to play all the arcade genres in their collection.
