The King of Air 2 - 516 in 1 Vertical Multi Games Jamma PCB

PLEASE NOTE: This Pandora is only compatible with VGA / HDMI resolutions, it is not compatible with CGA 15Khz resolutions. In case of connecting this Pandora Multigames to an Original Arcade monitor, the normal horizontal Pandora Box DX version will be loaded and not the version with vertical games.

This is the version of the Pandora Box DX for vertically oriented games. This is an original version of the Pandora BOX multigame board and not a clone. The King of Air 2 - 516 in 1 Jamma version, is intended to be installed in Arcade cabinets and Bartops with vertically oriented monitors and that have a standard Jamma setup. This multigame board has 516 vertical games and it is not compatible with CGA 15Khz type monitors.

The Pandora Box The King of Air 2 - 516 in 1 Jamma PCB also runs games from other emulators such as Super Nintendo, SEGA Megadrive, Playstation 1, Super Famicom, Nintendo, Famicom, FBA and MAME. In addition, we can add more games if we wish.

The King of Air 2 - 516 in 1 supports 640x480 VGA and 1280x720 HDMI video output. The board has 1 JAMMA connector and 1 VGA and 1 HDMI video output connector. This versatile multigame board can be installed directly in an Arcade cabinet or in a Bartop or similar project that has a VGA or HD monitor. 

A very interesting feature of this multigame board is that it has TIMER function in case we want to activate games by time and not only by inserting credits. With this board we can also saves HIGHSCORES even if we turn off our cabinet. A feature rarely seen in any other Multigame boards.

Another great new feature that has been added to this Pandora Box is that we can save our games. This function is also known as Save State / Load State, and is the same feature we can see in some emulators such as MAME. In addition to the aforementioned features, we would like to highlight the boards compatibility with up to 2, 3 and 4 players.

This Pandora Box has an "image enhancement" option that can be enabled or disabled in the configuration menu. This option basically adds a filter in order to see a "softer" image and bluring of the pixels. We can also add Scanlines to the games, giving us a more retro feeling when playing our favorite arcade classics.

The Pandora The King of Air 2 - 516 in 1 comes with a Quad-core Arm Cortex A7 1.5GHz CPU, MALI450MP2 graphics and 2GB of DDR3 RAM. We did not notice LAG or Tearing in any of the games we tested, nor poor sound. Actually we thought that the overall performance was excellent.

The King of Air 2 has the option to configure controls as we wish and the option to organize the list of games by genre: fighting, puzzle, action, sports, etc... or in alphabetical order. Another novelty that we can find in this board is to PAUSE the game.

This amazing multigame board also gives us the option of configuring difficulty, number of lives of each game separately, as well as edit the list of games and hide the games that we do not want to appear on the gamelist. 

As for the sound, this Pandora Box comes with a Stereo Sound internal amplifier. The board has its own internal sound amplifier, so all we have to do is connect a mini-jack cable to the jack output of the PCB.
