Ultimarc Black Aimtrack Optical Arcade Light Gun USB PC / PS2 with recoil

Ultimarc's AimTrak optical arcade gun is a game control device designed for use in arcade machines, shooting simulators and other shooting game systems. Connected to a PS2 console , PC or Raspberry Pi via USB, it allows us to play games that require a lightgun in order to achive the best gaming experience.

Ultimarc's Aimtrack gun has 2 x action buttons and 1 x trigger, features an ergonomic design and is made of high quality materials, including a 4 meter long USB cable, allowing it to be used on large screens or larger gaming systems. Its advanced optical technology detects the position of the cursor and the direction of the player's aim for the highest possible accuracy.

Arcade light guns are a gaming device that became popular in the 1980s and 1990s. Some of the best known games that used this type of device were the well-known Duck Hunt, developed by Nintendo in 1984 or Wolf Operation in which players had to shoot enemy soldiers and tanks. During the 1990s, thanks to the release of titles such as Time Crisis and House of the Dead, Light-guns became even more popular. These games featured more advanced graphics and more complex gameplay mechanics, such as the ability to hide behind obstacles and reload the gun manually.

One of the distinctive features of light gun arcade games is the use of CRT monitors. Now, thanks to the Aimtrack Pistol from Ultimarc, we will be able to use our Light Gun on CRT monitors as well as on TFT, LCD and Plasma monitors.

Ultimarc's Aimtrack Gun has the ability to emulate both a USB mouse and a gamepad. The Aimtrack gun is compatible with PC, Windows, Linux and Playstation 2, making it very adaptable and useful for a wide variety of games and software.

Important information

• This accessory is NOT Plug-and-Play, a configuration and calibration process is required. See the instructions in the link in the "Documents and Tips" section.

• Additional configuration is required for the light gun to work on Raspberry Pi or other versions of Linux. See all "Linux/Pi" links in the "Documents and Tips" section before ordering.

• An additional 24V, 4 amp power supply is required for the light gun recoil to work and must be purchased separately by clicking on the following LINK.
