Ultimarc SpinTrak Rotary Arcade USB Spinner

Ultimarc's SpinTrak Rotary Arcade Spinner is a user friendly super easy to mount and high quality spinner for games such as Arkanoid, Tempest, Mad Planets, Discs of Tron and many more. This spinner can be mounted in a standard 28mm hole, just a regular arcade american style happ button. 

This spinner can be used both as a lightweight Super High Resolution Low-Inertia Trackwheel control as used in "Arkanoid" or as a regular Spinner. Ultimarc's SpinTrak Rotary Arcade Spinner has got Ultra-high resolution with an Unbeatable 1200 pulses per revolution making super sensitive to any small movements and perfect for the most hardcore retroplayers out there. In fact, this spinner has got a Dual sealed ball-bearing races that give it a very smooth control.

When purchasing the Ultimarc's SpinTrak Rotary Arcade Spinner you can choose between buying it with a USB 2.0 adapter or without it. Without it will mean you need to connect it to any of Ultimarc's compatible interfaces: I-PAC 2, Ultimate I/O, Opti-PAC or Mini-PAC.

If you choose it with the USB 2.0 adapter you can connect it directly to a PC / Raspberry Pi / Android / MAC.

This little monster is made of one-piece bearing housing/body CNC machined from a solid alloy billet. The spinner is super-tough quality and its usage is not limited to gaming only but also suitable for precision control applications, CNC interfacing and other rotary measurement applications.

Connection to Mini-PAC Opti Harness

The Mini-PAC Opti wiring harness is supplied with an adaptor header. The connection from the harness to the SpinTrak should look like this:

For Opti-PAC connection, the 4-pin connector fitted to the device must be cut off and the wires stripped back. They are connected as follows: 

Connecting Mouse Buttons

Mouse buttons are connected to 3 pins on the header as shown in the picture above. The COM connection of both switches should be connected to COM and the normally-open connection of each switch to the LEFT or RIGHT pin.
